problem with suhosin and secure

hello.
i like to install suhosin. so run wget and download it

and anfer unzip it in /

#> cd suhosin
#> phpize
#> ./configure
#> make
#> make install

and only dding a load directive to php.ini

extension=suhosin.so


thats it,
is it install i right way?


and witch source should i install in server to secure it?
