problem with user e-mail menu in directadmin

HI,

i have problem with directadmin on my server. My users doesn't see e-mail menu in panel... i don't know what is wrong, it was after update to 1.4.

Users can't add new email account ;/

what is wrong?
I have debian 5.0, directadmin 1.40.1 and server VPS
