Problem with WHMCS connecting to DA

Hello, I m having a Server with cPanel were i have installed my WHMCS installation, and i have a dedicated Server with DirectAdmin, when ever i try to connect to DA server for creating account in WHMCS, it throws, error, i guess DA is blocking my connection, so any solution to it

1. read logs
2. check firewall

according to me it must be firewall so i want to learn how to exempt from the firewall, because i cannot completely shut it down, for security reasons

I don't know what OS you're running there and what Firewall you have. Make sure that cpanel powered server does not block outgoing connections to TCP 2222
