Hello
I have three license I have purchased has been verify but has not been activated.
I have sales and support email but have not received a response after more than 10 days.
They are very very bad in answer to questions.
How i can get help?

And did you check your SPAM folder? Did you probably whitelist them?

Yes, I do.
Now, over 20days they can't answer to me.
I do check spam, bulk and ...
I don't know why they are very bad to answer mail to customers.
Too, the billing system of direct admin is very low and bad.

Do you email them from your own domain hosted on your server? Or you write from public mail service? GMAIL and probably other services might reject emails without letting you know. So try to specify another email address for getting replies from them.
