Solved Problems opening Softaculous (loading in a loop)

Hello!

I found another user here on the forum complaining about the same issue I'm facing, but there was no response (https://forum.directadmin.com/threads/missing-option-in-new-ticket-system.68765/#post-363819).
At the user level (or any user in your reseller account), when clicking on "Softaculous," it enters into a loop, and the page doesn't load. Opening it in a new tab doesn't work either.

This issue is not occurring on all server accounts. Initially, I only noticed it on a specific reseller account (and all its users).

I tested it on other reseller accounts, and Softaculous opens normally on all of them. Only this particular account is experiencing the problem. I have already tried resetting the account's permissions and theme, but with no success.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem? I even rolled back to version 1.650 of DirectAdmin, but the problem still persists.

The issue was fixed with the help of Softaculous Technical Support. If anyone encounters the same problem, here's how to resolve it:

Please check if the option " Show Softaculous in control panel's native UI" is enabled from the Softaculous Admin and Reseller Panel.
Navigate to Softaculous Admin/Reseller Panel -> General -> Settings, uncheck the " Show Softaculous in control panel's native UI" and click on Edit Settings button to save the changes.

The Softaculous Enduser panel should work fine after disabling the above setting.
