Problems suphp

I have a small problem with suphp error: internal error 500 here is the log :

My file index.php and has 644 chmods I also try 755,777,700,705 etc. ....

If your index.php was truly 644 then it couldn't be written to by group.

You can't use chmod >755 for files and directories.
