Problems with DA (ip Problems)

Main IP give a status error!

Hello I have some problems with DA.

1 when I go to IP Management then he display a error by my first IP (status error)
This is the main ip off my server and its ussing by 43 accounts!
(shared IP)

2 When I log in as a reseller and I create a new account I get this:
Unable to Create User
Details
A valid IP was not provided

3 when I create a reseller I get this message:
Can't open file /etc/virtual/domainowners for reading
Error Creating Domain
then I recieved a mail with the login and said this:
To log in immediately, follow this link, using your username and password:

http://shared:2222
(this is not right!, it most be: http://IP:2222)

4 when i go to /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ips there is only one IP this is the second IP off my server. !

I,am just thinking:

when I go to: /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ips/
there is only one IP.
the main IP isnt there!

Maby this is the problem?
proberly I make a file like 193.138.204.112 ?

But there is also a other problem that stills there.

when I create a reseller or a account I get this:
Details


Unix User created successfully
User's data directory created successfully
Domains directory created successfully
Domains directory created successfully in user's home


Can't open file /etc/virtual/domainowners for reading


Error Creating Domain


User's System Quotas set

whats does this means?

when I run a nameserver check for this domain everthink is ok.

I have checked the /etc/virtual/ directory and there is file or directory like domainowners

Yesterday A have a problem with the server and rebuild the software on this server. sinds then I have this problem!
