Problems with FTP

I need to create an FTP:
[email protected]
custom directory: /home/mydomain/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/public_html/content/user_01/music


and have error:

Error executing your request



Details

That is not a valid path. Either it is not in your home directory, it contains symbolic links, or it contains invalid characters

Help!!

I am quite sure that is not the real path so how can we possibly help you.
