I have been sending emails to support, sales and contact about my case for more than a month with no response. I want to have access to the user ID and Password. Currently I have access to the C-Panel only. I want to make a Hosting migration, I have been with you for some time but the support response is very slow and I can't solve problems easily, also you don't have an online chat to give support and it makes me complicated.
