Problems with quota files being +i and the quota-dump file

Hello,

I manege alot of directadmin servers and latly i am seeing alot of problems with the quota files. The aquota.group en aquota.user files have +i so they cant be changed. I need to remove the i to let it work again. Also in the /home/tmp/ there is a quota-dump file which is not always deleted. this is causing alot of problems and frustrations among users.

Is this a known issue and how can i prevent this? Settings up cronjobs to check this seams odd.
