Problems with squirrelmail

Hi

I am new to DirectAdmin and I have a problem with the mail system. I wonder if I do not get all the email from squirrelmail since three of the customers call me about an email which I did not receive and I check all the inbox and junk mail. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
