problems with ssl!?

hello all,
i have multy server ON
when i create new user I get this error

Unix User created successfully

User's System Quotas set
User's data directory created successfully
Domains directory created successfully
Domains directory created successfully in user's home

Unable to connect to secure socket

User added to named.conf file successfully

PLEASE HELP!?
i don't know what/where to look

i have letsencryp certs yes

I have found the problem....
i had setup a server in multy server setup.... and the server is not there anymore (an old one)
when I removed that... all good now == user error
