Process Monitor for User

Hello.

I see in Admin level have Process Monitor tools, why don't have process monitor for User level??
If have process monitor for User level, customer can see their process, their % CPU, Ram used v.v...

Or can User can know file phps is running, can show is:

/home/user/......php
/home/user/......php
/home/user/......php
/home/user/......php

Process: 4

The only way they would see anything is if they had a long running process. It would show nothing almost always. I dont really like the idea. Users dont need this kind of info.
