Proftpd - connection

I have a question:

wtf that means?

from log files:

and this connection is continuing while from while for some several hours, i have checked for user - "Administrator", but i have found nothing...

Any suggestions please?
 
I received an alert that this same IP was blocked trying to access my box 30 minutes ago.
 
The IP and mother****er is located in Africa!!! :mad:

I was searching the internet and also DA forum for answer's, and found that it is possible to block thous IP automatically. Found also KISS firewall, but i can`t find the solution for VPS servers with DA.

Can someone suggest something to block this attacks?
