promoting a user to reseller?

how easy is it to start someone out as a user and should they find another user, promote them to reseller so they can add the new user?

i saw nothing about this at admin.site-help.com and there dont appear to be any FAQs here so I hope this is a valid question.

This isn't a part of DirectAdmin at this time and you have to use a 3rd Party Script.
