PTR Records on multiple IPs, what should they be?

I've read through several threads, but I cannot decide what I should do in my current situation. I have 5 IPs assigned to me by provider, here's how the current PTR records are assigned (I can manage the PTR records through the provider's control panel):

100.100.10.200 - old PTR record listing a website from previous IP holder (IP is being used for ns1.myserver.com)
100.100.10.201 - old PTR record listing a website from previous IP holder (IP is being used for ns2.myserver.com)
100.100.10.202 - myserver.com (mail goes out on this IP)
100.100.10.203 - mydedicatedIP.com (my dedicated IP site, only site using the IP)
100.100.10.204 - blank PTR record, nothing showing (using this IP for my shared hosting)

So 2 of the 5 PTR records are correct. Would you set the name server IPs to myserver.com, or just delete the old PTR records? I don't like seeing websites that don't even exist anymore listed on those first two PTR records, but I don't know that it has any effect on anything.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
