I created a reseller, assigned a domain to the reseller account, and changed my domain name servers to point to the IP address I set up. All I'm trying to do is give one of my websites a dedicated IP address.
Now, everything seems to have gone well but I constantly get:
"Welcome to the home of XXXX.XXX (where X = my domain name)
To change this page, upload your website into the public_html directory"
But I have, through the file manager, gone to domains/XXXX.XXX/public_html/ and uploaded files. However, it doesn't pull my index.html in the public_html directory, instead I constantly get the:
"Welcome to the home of XXXX.XXX (where X = my domain name)
To change this page, upload your website into the public_html directory"
The only thing that I may have done wrong is I put 255.255.255.248 instead of 255.255.255.0 as the netmask under the IP manager. I did that because that's the netmask that was automatically generated and working for my first IP. I wanted to try and change the netmask to 255.255.255.0 but I get an error when I try and delete my XXXX.XXX domain under the IP manager, nor can I assign it to admin from the reseller.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
