Can you help me .. I cant for the life of me recreate public_html directory as I deleted cos I had files for some reason moving all over.
and I have used the create folder at the bottom of the page and its just not allowing me
ie I try and do the create it just recycles the page and nothing is there still
or if I try and rename public to public.html the message that keeps coming up is :
An error occurred while attempting to rename the file
Unable to move /public to /public_html:
A component used as a directory in oldpath or newpath is not, in fact, a directory. Or, oldpath is a directory, and newpath exists but is not a directory.
Yet when i look at all the directories/files/folders I have .. nothing is there called public_html
and what is making life so difficult is this needs to be there (I am presuming) so I can view my webpages
