public_html floder not working

for some reason public_html folder cant be accessed , the image folder is also gone but still says it

Which public_html folder?

For a specic domain? For all domains on the server?

just one domain , this happen before to a client i had to delete and re-do domain for his account to work

Hello,

that appears to be his home directory, ie: /home/username.
He might be missing the public_html path, ie:

/home/username/domains/domain.com/public_html

try creating it.
