I recently got a server from serveraxis.com. However, I have problem with using the DirectAdmin they installed on my server (CentOS 5.1). I'll use the domain 'uspie.net' as an example for telling you my problem.

When the user 'uspie' with the domain 'uspie.net' is added in the DirectAdmin panel, the public_html folder in the website root directory is not a symbolic link to /domains/uspie.net/public_html. In the public_html (under root directory), there's an automatically created foldered named 'uspie.net' which is a symbolic link to /domains/uspie.net/public_html. So, I have to upload my website data to /public_html/uspie.net/ instead of /public_html/. This problem is so weird. I wonder if there is a solution.

Another problem is about user deletion in directadmin. I tried to delete the user 'uspie' and it gave me a correct message saying the user 'uspie' has been deleted from the system. I then tried to add the user 'uspie' again, but it told me the user 'uspie' is already in the system and it doesn't allow me to add it.

These two problems are so weird. I have been using DirectAdmin for a few years and never saw this kind of problems. Please help me out. Serveraxis's support is sooooooo slow and they cannot seem to resolve this problem (they don't even understand what this problem is!!!).

or is this a new feature in the latest version of directadmin?

/home/user/public_html is not a symbolic link to /home/user/domains/mydomaincom/public_html any more in the new version of directadmin?

Instead /home/user/public_html/mydomain.com is a symbolic link to /home/user/domains/mydomaincom/public_html ?
