Public_html which to be created not!

hello I do not speak very well English to afflict I will need assistance when I my account in the panel user well all fonctione wants to create but the public_html is not put at the root of the ftp who will be able to say itself or its comes thank you very much

Probably because people aren't sure of what you're asking.

Are you asking that the ftp root not be public_html? It isn't.
