HELP cant any one help me, I have been in touch with Escouts about this problem but I must be thick because I cant get it to work. I had a huge problem with the settings of my website so Escouts cancelled the account and reset everything, Brilliant, (not).
I use TERRAPIN FTP to upload my site onto the web but it wont work, they told me to upload it into the PUBLIC_HTML folder but as far as I can see there isnt one there, this is driving me NUTS now it has been going on since December 2005, cant anybody help me PLEEEEAAAASSSEEEEE

If I try www.12thashtonscouts.co.uk from here I get a timeout. A ping times out as well. Maybe the server is off-line?

Try using this directory:

domains/12thashtonscouts.co.uk/public_html

and let us know if that works.
