Question about new icu4c version

Toady when I was doing a ./build update in custombuild, I noticed that a new icu4c version was downloaded. Old version was icu4c-4_6_1-src.tgz but custombuild downloaded a new version icu4c-4_8_1_1-src.tgz

However when I look at Custombuild FAQ here http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?29824-Custombuild-FAQ I do not find any information about icu4c

My question is if we should upgrade to icu4c-4_8_1_1, and how should should we do this upgrade?

Maybe this is something DirectAdmin will automatically upgrade to when we upgrade to next DirectAdmin version in the future?

i suppose that ./build php y will do that aswell same as ./build all but maybe a ./build icu4c should be nice aswell
