Question about Upgrades, Files, Settings, etc.

What happens to files and settings when DA is upgraded? When new features are added or fixed, does DA change files affected or add or delete files or partially change the files or replace the files affected by the upgrade?

Is there a reference somewhere to see where DA puts files and what the files and folders are for?

It depends on what kind of upgrade is being performed. Sometimes you have to make changes to files manually, however changes to DirectAdmin's internal data files are probably made automatically.
