Hi all,

(I updated my original post, as I have figured some stuff out and understand it a bit better)

If I undestand this correctly, then the following are true in regards to reseller statistics;
  • the term "usage" is the total of that value for all accounts under the reseller
  • the term "limit" is what the administrator has set for this reseller package
  • the term "allocated" is what the reseller has assigned to his user/hostin accounts
I think I have understood this correctly, right? If not please let me know and clarify it please. I just want to make sure that I have understood this part correctly and I can inform my reseller is he asks questions about this. Thank you in advance.

Now the above raised a new question. For reseller packages you have the option "Allow Overselling". Is my assumption correct that enabling this allows the users under the reseller account go over certain set limits e.g. diskspace, bandwith, email accounts? The only "real" limit will then be the values I have set (as an admin) for the complete reseller package, right?

Sorry if my questions are stupid, but I am just making sure that I have understood things correctly.

1,2,3 Correct
Allow Overselling - allow reseller to "alocate" more than his package, but "usage" still must be lower than "limit".
