Question: Webmail and subdomains .. can it be done ?

Well right now to get to webmail on my site you goto http://www.mysite.com/webmail

and you get to the neotech webmail, a great system, but what I'd like to do is have

http://webmail.mysite.com/

access the webmail. Now I tried to do the redirects but that just isnt working and I just for the life of me can't figure out how this can be done.

Thanks for the help, but that seems to setup a webmail.domain.com for each new user i create.. i just want to have a 1 time webmail setup for my main domain, any leads on that ?
