I bought this VPS from rosehosting yesterday. I don't know if this issue is affectig asigned space to each reseller and final users.

quotas only work on partitions, including on virtual partitions. Does your VPS include separate virtual partitions for you? Or some kind of shared disk space?

You wrote in a different thread that DA was installed by your provider. If they provided your license, then you should be working with them.

I supposed the same thing, but they take no responsability about DA software, the forwarded to me to DA support they don't know any thing about DA.

You didn't answer anything about your VPS partitions. Each VPS company can set up the system differently. So if they're not going to support you then you're going to have to learn a lot about their VPS.

You really can't expect DirectAdmin to support you unless you bought DirectAdmin from them.

Note that if you bought DirectAdmin from anyone besides DirectAdmin you may have bought a copy which cannot be transferred to you; DirectAdmin doesn't have resellers.

Quotas are arranged by vrtualization system, they said me that because of that I can't use quota commands, then they said me too that it isn't a problem with Direct Admin and I don't must pay atenttion to an error message about quotas when I create a new user.

They rented me DirectAdmin by US $5 at month.

Since you rent DA from them, they should give you support. It appears they did :) .
