Quota Reports - space consumption pinpointed?

So we all have received these messages:

A new message or response with subject:

User xxxx has used up 1.84% of his bandwidth and 118.4% of his allocated disk space

has arrived for you to view.

Is there a place specifically where we can obtain a breakdown of where the space is consumed, be it in the database, filesystem, etc?

Kind of a PITA to go hunting manually for the culprit space every time!
