Hello
Basically, we never used our email to send unsolicited messages.
Today, our data center contacted us and informed that a company submitted a complain case in regards to spam message a few times.

Could you tell me how this could be happen?
Is there any kind of Direct Admin Tracking Source of Spam?
Or any simple way to solve this issue as we have to report our data center what we have done to avoid repeating the same issue.

first you need to find some information something like " receiver " or " Sender " email , or anyelse
after that try to find from exim log in "/var/log/" with information that you got,

I'd ask your data center to provide you with more information. If they literally just told you that you've got a spam problem, that isn't very helpful on its own.

One thing you may like to do is head over to https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and input your server IP. If it's blacklisted, on some blacklists you'll be able to get more information (for example, an example of one of the spam messages) which you can use to help resolve the problem.

Otherwise, you'll want to look at interacting with your MTA (Mail Transfer Agent) which as standard with DirectAdmin is Exim.

For example, you could check the current mail queue size using the command exim -bpc and you can view messages in the queue with exim -bp. This might not be helpful if the spam was sent and stopped already, but if the issue is on-going, chances are you'll have a fairly hefty message count sitting in the Exim queue. You can inspect message IDs using exim -Mvh to view the headers/source and exim -Mvb to view the body content (i.e. the message itself).

Someone reported your email as spam, moved it to their spam box, OR someone you provide service to is sending spam and got reported.

No.

No. You might check out my simple guide. Here and see if it helps. https://forum.directadmin.com/threads/simple-guide-to-email-blacklist.59693/post-305521
