Random rejecting of passwords in Email

Hello,

During the last couple of days, for whatever reason I am unable to login to my email accounts setup through DA, it says it is rejecting the password. I am using Windows Live Mail but my business partner is having the same issue and he is using a Mac. It is totally random and the passwords have not been changed.

Has anyone had any issues with this?
 
When I was going through the log, I was unable to find an error from the user who was having the issue, but I found an error from another user at the same time that the original user was having trouble and the error stated: Killed lost mailbox lock
 
The mail program keeps asking him for the password even though he saves it in the keychain.
