Hi,

I've searched a bit, and can't find any recent information on how we can allow customers raw log access. Basically, we have a client that has a SmartStats server, and they would like to be able to pull the files via ftp. The ftp is working, but the only thing in the users log directory are tar files. Any way of delaying the building of those tar files for a few days to give them a chance to pickup the logs?

Thanks,

Carlos.

Hello,

Real-time logs pf Apache are available from Directadmin user level access. So you might want to try it (API, or other parser).

At the user level, is where I only see them as tar.gz, tar.gz.1, tar.gz.2 files.

SmarterStats can automatically import the .log files, but I need to know where to pull the raw logs before they are compressed.

Carlos.
