i can create a ftp account, but can't use this account to login to ftp.

but the main account can login..????

anyone can help me....many tks...

FTP accounts are [email protected]. So the username you setup the account with along with the domain.

Hello,

Check your /etc/proftpd.vhosts.conf file.. I'm wondering if the password files got crossed. If it's an owend IP, it should point to /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/ftp.passwd, and if it's a shared IP (like most are) it should point to /etc/proftpd.passwd.
