reason for suspending

i think it would be interesting to put a reason when suspending an account
for example, if DA suspends automatically because it reaches the allowed BW, it could say "allowed bandwidth reached"
maybe if the user don't pay and I want to suspend the account, I could put "payment overdue"

that way a employee could know the reason the admin suspended an account and tell the user in case he asks

Where should DA put this, Lem0nHead?

In an email? The user can't get any emails while his account is suspended.

On the webpage? I wouldn't want to tell the whole world why an account was suspended. In fact we change the default DA suspended page to something even less descriptive. We let the client contact us, and not tell his/her customers anything about why the account is suspended.

in a field that just the reseller/admin can see, like cPanel does

Still seems valid to me jlasman, many users use an email that is not located on the server in their contact info for the account. So DA could send an email to the contact address telling them the account is suspended and why.

I had not even thought to look at this feature. Does DA not send any warnings to the clients telling them they are close to max on something or when it suspends an account?

If they used a local email they will not get it but if not they will. I personally encourage all my users to use an email address that is not local.
