or: old custom template, from which new conf generated after rebuild

Hello,

I saw the same error on servers I manage, but did not dive into deep details yet. The error happens in certain cases when custom templates for nginx are used. In order to fix the error we run ./build rewrite_confs after update of nginx/apache. It helps usually.
