Received Blank email after create a user

after create a username and domain in reseller account, I received a blank email with just a subject, body is nothing :(
 
Check your DA server to see the contents of the email that should be sent.

Check the "source" of the email you received to see if something's there but just not showing up in your email client.

Let us know what you find.

If I login and create new user with admin account that's ok, but after I change a user to reseller with dausertool, and create user with that reseller I just received email like this:

Hey,

Under Reseller, choose Show/Modify Users and then choose Create User and then just click on "Edit User Message".

That is where you can modify the message...

I'd start by looking at the ownerships and permissions of the directory chains of working domains.

Please show me more and how can I fix this problem :( I'm new to *nix :(

Over the years DA has used several different ways of setting ownerships and permissions. Without logging into your server I couldn't help you.

And I charge a lot of money to log into servers, because our core business is managing servers, and helping people with server problems.

If you change to hour /home directory, and do some directory checking of a working domain you should be able to get an idea of what you need to do.

If you're a systems admin who doesn't know how to do the tasks involved with being a systems admin, then you might want to hire one. I'm not the only contract admin on these forums; do some searching and checking if you'd like.
