Hello,

I have a server server.tourifrance.com on ip 76.74.146.178 (shared).
I have a domain example1.com on the server with ip 76.74.146.180 (dedicated).

When I send emails from example1.com, I get a
Received: from unknown (HELO server.tourifrance.com) (76.74.146.178)

The question is:
how can I send emails without getting the UNKNOWN issue?
(I have rdns to both ips)

Thanks.

How are you sending the email? I believe the problem is that whatever program running as user apache isn't properly setting something on the server.tourifrance.com server.

I don't see any problems with the DNS. I don't think that's where the problem lies. Please see my previous post in this thread.
