I have a user that complains that when a certain domain emails them that it either takes days or bounces completely. I have over a 1000 other email accounts on my server and 450 on there same domain that seem to work fine.

Here is a DNS report on the domain they are complaining about. This domain is NOT hosted by me. I just have a user on one of my domains having a hard time receiving email from it.

Is there anything in these reports that will result in delays in me receiving email from them or out right failures?

It could be nameserver issues, however I don't know if that would affect outgoing email taking longer to be delivered (incomming for you), but it might be something that needs to be resolved.

Give the email tests a try on those websites (dnsstuff.com & dnsreport.com)

Actually, most modern email servers when receiving an email messages will do a DNS look up on the senders domain before accepting the message to insure it exists. If the DNS look up fails the message is rejected.

Could this not be an issue? If they have name server troubles my email server may very well refuse all email from them not?
