Recover password for a data base

Hello, I am asking a question, su a user loses his password for its base of data, is there a way to retrieve it? Is it possible to log in root on Phpmyadmin ? If yes what is the login and password, nothing is indicated?

If we do remember, the only solution is to amend the word of parish, but the concerns is that it must be then edit in the configuration of the site. It would be nice to have a button: recover the infomation the basis , in pouvany choose the latter. Non ?

No but you can reset it.
