mistakenly deleted the files that were in my file manager by default, as I can do to recover, because when the files that make up my web site, displays an error when running with my url, please who can help me, I am a beginner in this type of administration

You have no choice but to restore from your backup. Once you delete files, they are gone, there isn't a backup made before deleting.
