recursive apache file ownership reset

Apache owned files in a directory within the intial path won't be touched if the middle level directory isn't owned by apache. It stops going down if any level isn't owned by apache. It will continue for other files/folders in that original directory though.

It will still be painful to reset every file if a directory is not owned by apache but the files inside this directory.
I would like to see some more modification of this feature.
