Hello friends

I wish to try my luck with Redhat, compatible as well with DA?
 
No I've got servers with Centos 7 and Almalinux 8. But those are same as RedHat.
Difference is that RedHat Enterprise costs money, while Centos and Almalinux are free. I don't see any reason to use RedHat for myself.
 
You mean compared to RedHat 9? It's almost all the same but Rocky Linux and Alma Linux are free.
 
That's what I say @Richard G, but in this version 9, the installation of DA to bugs ... your better use the 8 is not the 9

That is odd. There are lots of users installing Alma or Rocky 9, I didn't read of people need to install bind manually.

However, I also installed a fresh VPS for a collegue this week, also with Alma 8, because he needed php 7.4 for a little bit more.
