redirect all incoming traffic while setting up domains?

I have a client who has changed his DNS for 11 sites to point at my server ... now how do I redirect all of his traffic to his sponsor's page until I have him all set up?

Yes he has a unique IP address.

To automatically set up DNS zones in DirectAdmin you need to set up the sites. You can create DNS zones manually as admin, but then you won't be able to set up the sites until you delete the applicable DNS zones.

So best you set up the sites now, and create redirects for him until your sites are ready.
