Hi Folks,

Does anyone know how to setup a email redirect in directadmin. I can set an email forwarder to my gmail but the email also gets collected in the actual account. I don't want it to be collected into the actual info@ mailbox. All emails to info@ should redirect to the gmail. A forwarder won't work for me because I need the info@ account to to send as. This was quite easy with cpanel where we would simply create a new mailbox for info@ and then add a user filter to redirect all emails to gmail.

Thanks.

I'll add my 2 cents... as of directadmin v. 1.649
  • Login to DirectAdmin as "admin"
  • Go to Extra Features
  • Login to Roundcube as "admin"
  • Go to Settings > Filters > Create
  • Name your filter "Redirect Messages" (or some such thing)
  • Set Scope = All Messages
  • Go to Actions, set to "Redirect messages to"
  • Enter email box address to receive redirected messages
  • Click "Save"
Done!

You're Welcome 😉
