Redirect not Forward Emails

Hi,

We're using a ticket (help desk) system which requires us to forward emails to their email addresses to create tickets, however in order for tickets to be allocated correctly, they need to have the mail header 'X-Forwarded-For' in them showing the address that the email was originally sent to.

I believe Google Mail does this by default, however I can't see that Exim does.

Can anyone suggest how we might achieve this?

Had some recommendations on this one that I'm going to look into, namely using headers_add.

Will report back if I find a solution, hopefully someone else will benefit.
