Redirect the domain

Hi all,

I have tried to redirect the domain, but it is only refresh the page and haven't created redirection. Even any error haven't shows regarding the same.

Also I have checked on the server for its web directory, it shows blank .htaccess file always.

Can you guide me what is the issue I have faced?
