Registrar or DNS Issue?

Okay so I have the IPs 69.195.157.82 - 69.195.157.86 and I have setup 82 - 85 with my domains and urls properly, with A Records and DNS working fine because it was working last night, and for about a month now just fine.

We recently had a weird SQL issue where we had to rebuild the php and mysql, and then solved our problems last night and the sites were loading fine. Main domain is 5LineNetwork.com which loads as Forbidden and it's IP is 69.195.157.83.

BLUFort.net loads as Server not found | IP: 69.195.157.84 < The IP Loads site fine.

This is the issue with most the sites where the domain wont load but the IP will and I use GoDaddy as my registrar. Any ideas?

Name Servers:
NS1.5LINENETWORK.COM
NS2.5LINENETWORK.COM

These nameservers have no A records setup. Do you own the domain 5linenetwork.com? If you do you need to register them as nameservers at your registrar.

I thought we had the A Records set because the site was working fine, all domains, and yes I own 5LineNework.com. Every domain works fine it seems it was a DNS issue on my end possibly.
