Reinstall DA problem

I would like to ask if I reinstall the DA, will all datas and users be deleted? Because I would like to reinstall the DA and its¡¦ software especially exim.

I would like to ask how can I set the apache to show BIG-5 chinese in DA

I have already translated the DA language ¡§en¡¨ to big code, but it changes to ISO code every pages.



How can I set the DA shows the correct code in different language??
