reinstall DA without loosing data of users

hi everyone ,
i want know any way to reinstall DA but without lose data of users (public_html , databases) ?

and what happened if i use /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/setup.sh ?

i need fresh templates of apache nginx !
Unfortunately i changed original template file of virtual hosts and i need to repair it.

Please check http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=29. It will overwrite your original nginx/apache templates (just make sure you have no custom ones in /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/custom).
