Rejected session for user

This issue has been mentioned in this old thread, but there was no answer:

When I try to login to DirectAdmin as a user I am constantly being returned to the login page. My webhost told me that it is likely that this has to do with the changed IP-address I use since my last session. There seems to be some log in DirectAdmin which checks if the IP-address I used last time is the same that I use to check in the next time.

I am using DirectAdmin from at least three different locations, including from my smartphone, so I really would like to be able to use different IP-addresses for logging in.

Is there any solution to this issue?

(the solution I now use is to wait one day, so I suspect the log is emptied after 12 hours?)
 
My response to that thread would be my response today. Somehow your IP# is probably changing.

I suppose I could be wrong...

As I wrote then, it isn't being widely reported so it's unlikely it's a problem with DirectAdmin.

What happens if you don't wait one day; if you try to log in immediately? Can you?
