Our company is going to rent a dedicated server from another hosting company.

Is it possible to export ALL current directadmin settings and configuration and import to the new server ?

You could simply rsync the main data and backup/restore the user accounts.

Use the admin backup transfer function to export users, setting outside of directadmin (such as php.ini) need to be done manually, and are done best manually.
